Do I receive an email each time we get a new review?

Yes that is correct. The email is from Review Boost with the subject line of "New Review from (the name of the person who left the review)"


The email contains the following information...

The number of stars (1-5) you have been given by the reviewer.

The wording they gave in their review.

A suggested reply to the review (similar to those you'll have seen in the demo above).

Three buttons: Approve, Re-write and Reject.

If you click the Approve button, the reply is immediately posted to the review in Google.

Click the Re-write button and you are immediately logged into your Dashboard where the A.I. will write a different reply for you. In the Dashboard you can hit the Re-write button as many times as you wish to get the reply you like, or you can edit a reply if you prefer.

Click the Reject button and the reply will not be posted.

Can Review Responder give me replies for my old reviews too?

It certainly can. You'll get a login to your own Review Responder Dashboard that will display all of your Google reviews.


Next to each review is a Write Reply button that you can click.

If you're happy with the reply that is written for you, you can simply then click Post to Google. Alternatively, there is a button to re-write the reply.
